The Hajvery University Lahore is one of the Pakistan's oldest and largest private sector university having the Charter by the Government of Punjab and recognized by Higher Education Commission. We are looking for following positions for our existing and new institutions. Hajvery University Lahore has been placed in 'W' category known as the highest category in the universities ranking by Higher Education Commission(HEC).

To carry out liaison with different organizations and industries. Rich contacts required for relation building. Generally the activities include industrial tours, recreational tips, monitoring student` societies, organizing seminars, workshops, marketing and representing the university at higher forums.

Assist Director Administration to run the day-to-day administration functions of the organization. The position involves strong interaction with Government organizations and to represent the university in meeting and conferences in & out of university. Student / faculty interaction programming & monitoring students affairs. Individuals with more than 45 years of age need not apply. High ranking retired army officers are welcome to apply and will be given age relaxation.

To schedule & conduct examinations, prepare and issue results. Maintain secrecy of the department and assists controller examination in invigilation and related matters.

Presentable, confident, should have good verbal & written 
communication skills and be able to handle seminars and student  counseling. High achievers & Ladies who can accept challenges will have high rating.

For the interaction with students. Organize student's functions,  be able to handle student affairs and assist higher administration.

To act as a change agent  by contributing innovative ideas. Should be able to involve in the creative work and present new themes. Also responsible for arranging extra curricular activities for the students.   

Write copy of the ad develop promotional campaigns and  maintain liaison with media for the promotion of the university. Also responsible for arranging educational seminars and activities with the collaboration of print and electronic media partners.

A Creative & Experienced Graphic Designer who can work on Corel Draw, Adobe Photo Shop, Free Hand, In Page, and other Graphic tools. Both Males &s Female are encouraged to apply. B.Sc. Computer Graphics / Graphic Design with 5/6 years experience is required. Selected candidate will work on creation of in house advertisements, brochures and prospectus etc.

We require talented PHP/MySQL Developers to Design, develop, and deploy new database-driven web applications  who have hands on experience in PHP development. Candidates must have good knowledge of web development, strong understanding of Databases and the willingness to learn.

Experience with Search Engine Optimization Techniques would be a plus point. Candidate should be strongly committed to meet deadlines.

An experience librarian with master degree in library science and have ability to work on the library software.
